Welcome to Sonora Decors. By purchasing, booking, or using any service provided by Sonora Decors, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.
SERVICES
Sonora Decors provides virtual interior decorating and styling services. All services are provided remotely unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Services may include design boards, room concepts, 2D/3D visualizations, furniture and decor selections, shopping recommendations, styling guidance, and other services described within the selected package.
Sonora Decors does NOT provide construction, renovation, contracting, installation, moving, furniture assembly, or other physical services.
INITIAL CONSULTATION
The initial consultation is a separate service and does not automatically include any design package.
The consultation is used to discuss the client's space, vision, preferences, budget, project scope, and appropriate Sonora Decors service.
PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are based on the selected service and project scope.
Payment must be received before design work begins. Additional rooms, revisions, services, or changes outside the original scope may result in additional charges.
Any additional charges will be communicated to the client before the additional work is completed.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for their project, including photographs, measurements, inspiration images, preferences, and other requested information.
CLIENT COMMUNICATION & RESPONSIVENESS
Clients are expected to remain reasonably responsive throughout their project.
After booking, Sonora Decors may request information, measurements, approvals, selections, or other materials necessary to complete the service.
If a client becomes unresponsive and does not respond to reasonable communication attempts, Sonora Decors may place the project on hold or consider the project abandoned.
If a client fails to respond within the timeframe communicated by Sonora Decors, Sonora Decors reserves the right to close the project and decline to continue the service. Payments will not be refunded solely because the client failed to remain responsive or provide the information required to complete the project.
If the client wishes to resume a closed project, Sonora Decors may require a new booking or additional fee, depending on the circumstances.
REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Because Sonora Decors provides personalized creative and digital services, payments are non-refundable once work has begun, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
If a client cancels before work begins, any applicable refund will be determined according to the cancellation terms presented at the time of purchase.
Once design work, research, sourcing, drafting, rendering, or other project work has begun, the payment is considered earned for the work performed and is generally non-refundable.
Nothing in this policy limits any cancellation or refund rights that cannot legally be waived.
DESIGN BOARDS & 3D VISUALIZATIONS
Design boards, renderings, and visualizations are conceptual representations of the proposed design.
Actual colors, textures, dimensions, lighting, materials, and product appearance may vary from digital representations.
3D renderings are intended to communicate design direction and should not be considered architectural, engineering, construction, or technical drawings.
PRODUCT RECOMMENDATIONS
Sonora Decors may provide links and recommendations for furniture, decor, lighting, rugs, artwork, and other products.
Sonora Decors does not control third-party retailers and is not responsible for changes in product pricing, availability, shipping, delivery, damage, defects, returns, warranties, or retailer policies.
Clients are responsible for reviewing product dimensions, specifications, pricing, and return policies before purchasing.
ROOM & PROJECT SCOPE
Services priced by room apply only to the room or space included in the client's purchase.
Additional rooms or spaces require additional payment.
Open-concept areas, unusually large spaces, multi-purpose rooms, or projects requiring substantially more work may be subject to additional fees.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All original design concepts, design boards, written recommendations, graphics, layouts, renderings, and other creative materials created by Sonora Decors remain the intellectual property of Sonora Decors unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients receive permission to use their completed design materials for the purpose of implementing their personal or business space.
Design materials may not be resold, reproduced for commercial purposes, redistributed, or represented as the client's own work without written permission from Sonora Decors.
PORTFOLIO & MARKETING
Sonora Decors may use completed design concepts, renderings, and project photographs for portfolio, website, social media, advertising, and other marketing purposes.
Clients may request that their project remain private by notifying Sonora Decors in writing before the project is publicly shared.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Sonora Decors may recommend third-party retailers, contractors, installers, vendors, or other service providers.
Sonora Decors is not responsible for the actions, performance, pricing, products, services, delays, or policies of third parties.
IMITATION OF LIABILITY
Sonora Decors will provide services with reasonable care and professionalism but does not guarantee a specific financial, aesthetic, resale, business, or other outcome from the implementation of a design.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sonora Decors is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or third-party losses arising from the use or implementation of a design.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By submitting payment, booking a service, or otherwise proceeding with a project, the client acknowledges that they have reviewed and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
If a client does not agree to these terms, they should not purchase or book services through Sonora Decors.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Sonora Decors reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. The version applicable to a client's project will generally be the version presented at the time of purchase, unless otherwise required by law or agreed upon in writing.
